Crawford is a professional Business Manager who specialises in the management of performance driven contracts. He is also a Risk Management Manager and specialises in building mathematical models for budgets and project estimates.
Crawford has a breadth of experience across the oil & gas, construction and building businesses and has worked as a business manager, cost manager/engineer, planner, and construction manager in a variety of countries working for major oil companies like ExxonMobil, Chevron, BP, Shell, Kuwait Oil, Halliburton and KBR.

He has comprehensive experience and skill in the following.

Pre-contract experience covering preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation and preparation of contract documents.
Post Contract Administration Including evaluation of additional works, rate build-ups, valuations, negotiation and settlement of claims and final accounts.
Cost Engineering Preparation of monthly and cash flow reports forecast final cost, VOWD and cost estimating.
Estimating Preparation of class II – V cost estimates and benchmarking
Planning Preparation and development of baseline and re-baseline master schedules and scheduling for programs, setting up logic based contract and alignment to both cost and materials.
Office and General Management Including setting up remote office locations, general management of corporate offices, accounts and administration.
HR Recruiting, resourcing, policy procedure development and training
Logistic & Material Management Including Import & Export of major equipment, Procurement, RFQ’s, Expediting

Crawford has a Bachelor of Science Degree In quantity surveying and MBA in business management from Canterbury University.
